Must be hardworking, self motivated, and dedicated to contributing to a positive work environment. Must have a passion for children and experience working in a high quality center. Must be willing and able to pass a background check, as well as a drug test.
CPR certification and MAT certification is helpful.
Duties include caring for infants and/or toddlers with love and care; ability to enter and update daily report; respecting others, especially leadership; preparing and teaching from lesson plans; cleaning, etc.
Characteristic traits that would be helpful: organization, decision-making skills, monitoring skills, patience, enthusiasm, communication skills, behavioral management skills, and creativity, honesty, dependable, etc.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
